Bewildered

This is getting bewildering,now today i like my nova with my ego batts and getting good taste and vapour,but my stock tank and ego is not performing good today,well at least i have 2 setups i can alternate between,i just wish the vamo would come in an maybe solve this issue.I hear the spring is causing the vamo to over heat the bottom cap,but this seem like a minor problem to remedy.

Do like I've seen done in some high powered flashlights, run a heavy gauge wire through the spring from top to bottom. Gives the current a direct path rather than having to pinwheel around the full length of the spring.
