I got my new Astro clone today. It's a beauty. Polished stainless with tasteful brass accents (although I think the inside tube is aluminum, since it's magnetic and the outside tubes are not). It's telescoping, floating 510, and the locking ring locks in one full turn instead of several like my other mods. It's also astonishingly short. The switch assembly and 510 cap are the bare minimum in thickness while still being functional, so even with the Kayfun and an 18650 battery the whole rig stands only an inch taller than my other mechs with RDA's on them.
So now I have three mechs and three RDA's, which prompted me to realize that I hadn't touched my Protanks, my EVOD, or Vision Spinners in over a month. So I did the humane thing and turrned the batteries off and wiped them down, then cleaned and rinsed the tanks, and retired them all. I'll have the Protank2 in case my Kayfun breaks and I need a tank to hold me over until a new one can be purchased, but I am officially done with my original starter kit. Not to disparage them in any way, since they were my introduction to vaping and helped me get free of a 30 year addiction to cigarettes, and I'm even sad to see them go in a way; but it definitely feels like I just took the training wheels off my bike. Which is an admittedly strange feeling for a guy to have at fifty years old.

Got one package today - no juice - it was some tanks and part I ordered. Going to be 2 weeks before I see vapemail - hopefully it's all here waiting for me when I get back.

Just realized I need more tanks. I've got my daily rotation of 4 juices, but I have 3-4 new flavors coming in the vapemail. Time to be looking for a good sale on equipment. Have a great day everyone.

I'm not quite there yet .... I still have a lot of tinkering to do with my mods, and am still looking the the right RDA for my Akuma. It's been sitting untouched for 2 weeks now. The leaking was getting very obnoxious in my tobh atty that is on it. I love my stainless magma on my nemesis, but it needs to be cleaned and rewicked more often than I'm willing. I really need to find time to watch some videos on my equipment. There may be some pointers I'm missing. I also still need to take out my new kayfun and get it going
The spinners and tanks have just been so easy to deal with, it's hard to put them down!

I am vaping a pink grapefruit juice this morning in the Rose with the stainless tank, think they need to stick a fuel gauge on the top so I know how much juice is left in there. Just one of the juices I vape that you will only do once in a plastic tank and then you will have to replace the tank if you are lucky enough to find one... an Arnie Palmer ate the tank on my little Taifun GS and can't find replacement tanks anywhere for it. I won't even look at new tanks that have a plastic tank or that I can't get either glass or stainless for.

Rocking my first sub ohm build on my newly acquired Nemesis Clone with IGo-W, just until my Helios arrives, today and it's awesome. Using a local fluid called Custard's Last Call (vanilla and bourbon, high VG, 6mg Nic) and it's awesome.

I started with 100% vg, but have been ok with 70% vg anything lower doesn't work for me.

I have issues with a package of vapemail....it was undelivered yesterday as the shipping company didn't get my address right...fortunately I caught it with tracking and it will be here today....so yay.....I have vapemail today...and more tomorrow.....
