i eat low carb all week and curse all the salads, but the upside is i can eat meat and cheese nonstop as long as it's not salted to death.
At the weekend, i eat whatever i like without guilt.

When i initially did this, i went for low/very low carbs, by which i mean under 20g a day, for about a year and every blood-letting session at the doctor yielded good results. What you may or may not know is that there are a million ways of using cauliflower - to make ... rice, pizza base, topping on pies in place of potatoes etc.

i weigh dead on my fighting weight of 175 pounds and i'm as fit as a butcher's dog apart from walking at work i'm a lazy .....

My 6061 CC arrived today. It is in perfect condition and I cannot even tell, that it has been used. It is a lot smaller and lighter than I thought, which is great.

I am still trying to get used to the shape as I have only used the Freehand so far. Gorgeous work! How much are the 6061's new?
