I have yer aluminum button done, as well. The epoxy is still curing between the button and insulator, so I decided to reassemble it with the black delrin one.

Rest assured she is will be in a loving home after this and will never suffer the abuse she got living on the streets ever again

Agreed, she was looking quite rough before I traded for her I can never understand why people would abuse such a sexy mod I'm eternally grateful to Corey for her stunning transformation

Happy independance day to all! After a few days with the CC, I am beginning to feel unwell. I think I might have caught another bug. I'll give it a few more days but then I may have to ask for all the different treatment options.

I feel you @Caprilli, I believe I caught the titanium bug a few weeks ago! I will have to check my insurance coverage and see if I can get better fast.

Then I will eventually check with Doctor Cory to see if he has a cure!

I am after something as lightweight and hardy as possible.

Ooh! Lightweight, and hard as possible! I have just the thing.

7068 aluminum ($400) is as light and hard as it gets. Here's a write-up on it:
Tennalum® 7068 Ultra Strength Aluminum - Precision Armament

Next would be titanium ($500). Just a wee bit heavier, though quite a bit stronger, and less overall maintenance.
