Hey all, i had a question. I've been looking into a bigger battery with a good TH. I currently have like.. 4 Ego's some XL yetties (garbage) And a MeglaDon. The Meg cost me a bit but its great, simple design no electronics involved just a 1500Mah 3.7Volt battery and a spring connection on the bottom. It has a middle cylinder that comes off so you can put a smaller SureFire 3.7 880Mah battery in it that makes it look like a Sneak-a-tok. Its just my GF's best friend now.

Anyways i figure i can get something different i've been looking at the Sabor Touch. 3.7/6V and i was wondering if anyone had one and how they liked it?
Iv tried a couple different PV's out there and done my research on alot of others. This one just kinda peaks my interest. I would like something that will do 3.7-5V. I dont like the VariVolts. This Saber Touch is just a switch of the batterys and you change your Volts. So any reviews would be great! And if you know of any others (moneys not a problem) let me know, Thanks again

I think you will be hard pressed to find anyone who has anything negative to say about the saber touch. Without varivolt you are going to be looking at 3.7/6/7.4v or 5v regulated.

I know you said you don't like vv mods but it seems like that is what would meet your criteria the best. To my knowledge there is no real downside to vv, I think I only adjusted mine once in the 5 months I had it. I set my Buzz to 4.2v and it was great!

I can't vouch for it, but I just ordered one of these...

Internet Starter Kit (SP2) Now on Sale $29.99...Free Thermo (Tube Only) With Every Starter Kit Order Plus $4.99 Flat Rate Shipping on ALL Orders! Assembled Thermo Pick Below (Using SP2 End Caps and Two 16340 Batteries) Protected Batteries Recommended

It comes with unprotected batts, so one would have to shell out the dough for some good 3v batts, to make it a 6volt system. Still, for $29, it's hard to beat the value. And it's made in the USA.

The Saber Touch is a great reliable PV and I really like the touch sensor that makes it different from most out there. You can find a current review of it in the Review section. Many PVs meet the criteria for being able to use multiple size batteries for different volts though if you don't want to go vv and cover all the bases with the same batteries.

I'm personally all about the 900 and 1000mAh ego batts. They last me all day. I have one on the charger while I'm at work and one with me. If I'm gonna be gone for a while I take the charger and the spare batt with me. If you need more than 6 hours of battery life perhaps something like the ego power with a replaceable 1300mAh 3.7v battery (14650 LiIon).

The other option is a mod like the GLV-2 that uses a pair of 750mAh adding up to 1500mAh, and is available in 3.7 5 or 6v. Personally I think I'm gonna go with a VV joker even though I really like the look of the GLV mini.

Wow, thanks for all the help! You guys are awesome, i'll definetly take a look into some of those. I have currently killed 2 Xl Egos. (I vape like its oxygen) after so long i'll charge them and when i try and use them the light inside the button goes buzzerk and then it never works again...... poor Ego's. But anyways with my GF loving the Megla we got from Jason, i figured its a great oppourtunity to try somthing new. I will take a good look into some vv's see if anything catchs my eye. But again, thanks alot ^_^
