I got my Big Brother from Ken @ Box Mods about two days ago. This is my first VV device but I am a heavy vaper and put it through it paces already. I will try and do a follow up in two weeks letting you know how this wonderful mod is holding up but I have a feeling it's not going to have too many negatives.
Ken sent me this mod in less then 7 days shipped and all. It's amazingly small (But not too small in your hand that it is uncomfortable) but packs a wallop! It's seems very sturdy and my biggest worry was that it was going to feel too light. Once I charged and threw the batteries in (2 IMR 14500) and placed it in the palm of my hand I knew I was going to be happy. Perfect weight. Perfect size. The VV wheel is so easy to move but not enough that you worry about accidentally moving it. If you turn the dial all the way down it's off. Better then an on/off switch. Turn it up and it pumps. Really gives you the throat hit/flavor/vapor you want from HV. The button (though small) is very clicky, fires every time and feels good to press. It looks metal and adds a nice touch to the mod to match the earth magnet holding the back on. So far I tried it with a XL clearomizer, a boge standard cartomizer, and a 2.5 OHM atty. This was the first time I acctually enjoyed using a clearomizer. The only downside is at HV you burn through your juice quick. Worked really well at 5v - 4.8v. The 2.5 OHM atty worked so well at HV. Great flavor, great vapor but seemed equal to my ego (on LR). Then I threw on the boge standard cartomizer. WOW. Just wow. The vapor, the flavor, the quick draw all amazing. PLUMES AND PLUMES OF VAPOR. The taste is out of this world! It seems very well constructed and everything is tightly put together. No gobs of epoxy or glue. Just all around nice. The only thing I worry about is over dripping. If you over drip and it gets in to the mod you can short circuit it. I just plan on being careful and I'm sure it'll be fine. Ken gives great customer care and responds very quickly. I haven't had a problem yet and don't foresee any.
PRO's:
-Lightweight
-Small size (but not too small)
-Tight well made construction
-Easy quick VV spin switch
-Clicky nice sized, well placed button
-Excellent vapor production
-Easy to use for a VV
CON's:
-No LED light (Which is actually a pro to some people)
-um...um...um...that there aren't enough cons!
Seriously I love this device. I have no gripes. Thank you Ken
@ $75 it's a steal. GET ONE! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
