I recently bought a Mutant with a kayfun to match it. The only problem I'm having is the K likes to leak from the bottom, either the fill hole or air-hole, I'm not sure which, and I'm not sure how to stop it!

I would guess it's the air hole. And I would guess the air hole is leaking because of your wicking which is allowing too much juice to enter the chimney. Thinner juices require more wicking while thicker juices require minimal wicking. I would start there.
