I would guess it's the air hole. And I would guess the air hole is leaking because of your wicking which is allowing too much juice to enter the chimney. Thinner juices require more wicking while thicker juices require minimal wicking. I would start there.

If you need to replace the fill hole screw for whatever reason, fat daddy has some replacements for you.
