I have worked like a nut on a bulk order for the US for the past month
I finally got everything and sent out my order, today I got a full refund of the money and this was the email I got....

Dear

Thanks for your order, we ruturn the PayPal money, as we need to deel with new situation in your country for shipment. We will inform you when everything is clear up.

Well K, it looks like lot of their shipments have been held or sent back by customs recently and thats probably the reason they sent you back the money.

I know its really bad that it had to end this way after all the hard work and time you put in to get this thru. However i think its probably good in a way they returned the money, better than they shipping stuff and that getting held by customs and all of us just waiting forever for our stuff to arrive.

pure guess work but is it bulk liquid orders causing the problem.. for them to send your money back there must be a problem..

this thread dosnt want to be allowed to vanish off the front page.. its very relevant to all...

No I had a hardware order too

my total order was just under 10k

e-mail them back and ask for more information on the reason they canceled your order and let us know what they say. It's probably business hours right now over there.Unless I got my time mixed up, which is very possible. I was late posting this so disregard.


That second post was the response, they don't speak english over there
That was one of the most comprehensable responses I have gotten from them

Apparently US customs isn't letting the stuff go through
I don't know why

Maybe a supplier can chime in

I have contact 3 location in China all of them said they are not aware of any issue. Perhaps you may need to make seperate order, one for hard ware and one for liquid.

What suppliers did you contact?
I went with CT because I heard good user experiences

The other middleman I knew nothing about

I've never had any issues with stuff being snagged/refused. Did they say what they labeled the items description as?
They never sent it
They cut off all shipments to the USA

I can't speak for other people in China, but CT refuses to ship to the US

Whatever happened in the last few days

The only thing i saw lately was Ryuan, doing something .. Something in the effect of suing and shutting down a plant that was making e-cigs
I saw that too, but the email said it had to do with an issue regarding US customs

Before this, they were saying that they had a 99% positive tracking rate
Then out of the blue
Here is your money back, we can't ship to US anymore
