I know it's been said before, but I must say it again. Ben & Vapor Nine rock! I've ordered from 5 different vendors in the last week (Puresmoker, Totally Wicked USA and UK, Vapor Guys, Vapor Nine) and while I've been lucky and they've all been good to deal with, Ben goes above and beyond.

I had a small issue with my order, or so it seemed. I placed my order Friday. When I went to check on the status this morning, it was shown as cancelled. I sent Ben an email, and he almost immediately replied, letting me know that there are some bugs in the software, and rest assured that my order had shipped. I sent a couple of follow-up emails asking various questions about the product I had ordered, and he answered each one almost immediately.

Less than a half an hour later, I checked my mailbox and there it was!

I ordered the Rio. I must say that if first impressions are lasting ones, I will love this thing for a long time. Everything about it screams "class." The packaging is so nice I felt like I was opening a Christmas present. The Rio itself is sleek and stylish and has a solid heft to it. I can't say anything about battery life as I haven't had it long enough to figure it out... but I was duly impressed by the cart size. My 901 carts would take at most 7 drops if completely dry... I counted 40! drops into the Rio cart.

So far, it's been a pleasure to use. I'll end up putting comment in the review section after I've had a chance to use it for a while.

Thanks Ben!

Ben is the absolute man! He is who I placed my first order though and he probably wants to strangle me with all the emails I fired away at him but he answered each one in a very timely fashion.
So I get my first order and I knew something wasn't right so emailed him and he like a man admitted that a few defective units had gone out and I had gotten one. Now he knew I knew nothing about what a e cig should be like so he could have said 'oh no thats normal" but no he was straight up. I sent back the bad one and ordered a Rio which arrived two days later, the Rio comes with two battery's and one happened to be dead after a couple of puffs so I email Ben and he sends me a new one ASAP with a FREE carrying case for my new toy. CLASS CLASS CLASS.
Now I will give a quick review on the Rio. Its awesome, like I said its my first so I have little for comparison but I have watched numerous videos of people using theres and honestly I get a good BIG vapor (or small if I choose) consistently. I take nice smooths draws and I can create a freakin cloud, more then I have seen in any e-cig that is factory made.
It looks great too, I went with Black and it is solid black. Very nice.
Overall, Ben and Vapornine are amazing. I was very skeptical about this whole process, I don't even like buying crap online but this was a exception.
On a side note I have smoked for 16 years and tried EVERYTHING to quit to no avail. I got strarted on this Friday, guess what? One real cig since and that was just because of the battey situation! I honestly feel like I'm in a dream. I thought smoking was my death sentence. Maybe not. No mood swings, no real cravings. A damn miracle.
By the way when I first jumped on this forum a couple months ago I thought that most everyone was on here to promote there product and make some sort of profit off this new thing so I was cautious. I swear on all that is holy I do not sell or profit in any way off of e-cigs. Not Ben or Vapornine NOBODY. Just a dude wantin to live a little longer.

I saw eCigarettes a few years ago and lost interest when I saw that it would cost me double what my current 2-3 pack a day habit costs. And all the vendors seemed shady and the products unreliable.

It was a tough decision between Wicked's 901, the Dura-C and the Rio. But with the help of you guys and Vapornine's great reputation and prices, I decided to go ahead and order a Red Rio with a spare battery and car charger. I've got my eye on Janty's Stick and their mystery burner, tho.

My wife (of one month :D) wanted red, and I wanted black, but the black went out of stock sometime this week. I'll be ordering liquid as soon as I confirm that vaping is compatible with my lifestyle as well as a a black Rio if/when they come back in stock. I'm still not sure which liquid. We're menthol people so we want to get something close to Kool or Newports to start with.

By my calculations we will save at least $100 a month even if we have to buy extra batteries and burners a few times a year.

Anyway, thanks for all the reviews and info. You guys do a great job helping us noobs get up to speed. And thanks to ?Ben? for giving me faith in this whole venture again by pricing sensibly and giving great service.

Thanks.I could have kicked myself now though because the description states the size (but I could have sworn it wasnt there before).

It's been under product details, just not visible without clicking on that.

Ben told me that most classic pen style parts work, even though the switch is different. I ordered a pen-style USB pass-through from Puresmoker. When it arrives, I'll post whether it works or not, and how.
