I admit I am a newbie to vaping, therefore I am learning as I go, however, Crystal Clear vaping went way beyond my expectations when I failed to properly fill my new cartomizers and ended up burning them out. They were kind enough to send me a new box of cartos and a syringe to fill them in, as well as a phone number I could call them at to figure out what I was doing wrong. Customer service like this is something I consider rare nowadays and I will be sure to continue to patronize this business. Nothing but good things to say about them, cannot wait to place my next order.
