Have the BT mentioned a line in e-juice? I have't seen that as of yet. All i've seen is Johnson Creek standard smoke juice for them. But i'm sure they will in time look into versatile flavors. Thats what i mean they'll pick up on what the Blu and Vuse are missing, thousands of avg joe homemade tasty Vape style e-juices.
If KFC can patent their chicken flavor ingredients so other chicken joints can't why can't we right? Branding it maybe and making it your could help.
I've heard through the rumor mill that BT are trying to push for closing down internet sales of pv products so they can get their hands in the pie. Anyone know anything more about that, or am I hearing wrong?
Yea that would be horrible. Cut a lot of people out, but on what grounds could that scenario happen?

Or a step Up. What is Nicotine Base had such Stringent and or Costly Requirements for Possession, Sale and Distribution that the Average B&M couldn't make a Profit making e-Liquids?

E-cigs are already considered a tobacco product, which is why the FDA couldn't ban them in 2009.
Change that, maybe you can, but not as simple as one may think. There's no recipe patenting on ingredients anyone can buy--that wouldn't make any sense.

Except the ANTZ. But they don't count because they don't bring in Profits or Tax Dollars. So e-Cigarettes are here to stay.

Perhaps my wording was Too Vague.
A "Recipe" can be Patented but the Requirements are going to be Hard to Meet.

I'm not going to sift through every thread in that forum. So far all I've seen is proof that BT is in support of age verification systems. The guy from madvapes says he will be fine. Where specifically have you seen something that indicates BT is trying to shut down all internet sales. Note- I'm not saying they aren't, I just haven't seen anything to indicate they are, other than people here claiming it (so this isn't just directed at you gt).
The only way to "verify" age is in person; thus the roundabout way of putting a halt to internet sales. There is NO way to truly verify age of a purchaser online.
