Big Ups for MadVapes

Finally made the plunge and placed my order for my first PV. I ordered a Roughstack from madvapes on Thursday night after the close of business and received my order today! I am in the midwest so to me this was a phenomenal turn-around time. I did order priority mail. Put the batteries on the charger and within 3 hours I had the green light for vaping. And for my fellow newbies that are about to become mailman stalkers I also want to mention their tracking option. I had an eye on my package the whole way and knew this morning when I woke up that my package would be here today. This is my first purchase so I don't know if this is par with other suppliers but from my other purchases on the internet I can say I am thoroughly impressed.

Ditto on the double thumbs up for MadVapes. Placed my third order with them Sunday afternoon, and I got the "Order shipped" email at 1:30pm. Expect to receive it on Wednesday, even though I didn't go with the Priority Shipping. Great Job to MadVapes!!

My only problem was that I ordered my juice from a different supplier and that won't be here til tomorrow. At least there was a local shop that had some juice (over priced and not my flavor!) that I could use to try out my new baby. Absolutely loving it! Glad my buddy turned me on to this. I am doing this to substitute my chewing habit. I know that isn't the norm on here but that's me. Smoked for 15 years and then the wife said no more (she has a bad reaction to the smoke) and I started chewing. My buddy had some RY4 and some Blueberry Cheesecake and I was hooked! Thank you for this forum and this community. Looking forward to helping give back.

I agree that Madvapes customer service and turn around time is outstanding. Good choice on the Roughstack to. I absolutely love mine. If you haven't done it already you should try it with LR attys.

My buddy has me stating out on cartomizers and I ordered the standard ones to begin with. He has a few LR cartomizers for me to try along with some juices from Backwoods. Since his PV was a big brother I am kinda missing that warm hit. Will the LR cartomizer provide that? He said it was a bit warmer than a standard cartomizer.

Wish I would have seen this a few hours back. I needed a few things and my normal place was out. This place has both items I needed. Could have saved on shipping. Boo.

In general, I've noticed most PV suppliers seem to be on top of their game with shipping. I've ordered lots of things online, but turnaround on PV suppliers is amazing. Maybe cause I use suppliers mentioned on here, but either way I'm always impressed. Customer service seems very high, too. At least two orders (from different suppliers) had hand written "thank you"s on the invoice. Rare thing nowadays...

Glad you posted this, though. Saved the site for the next time I need parts.

I just ordered yesterday again from mad vapes also, tracking says its coming in the mail today already. I know I live close but thats still fast service and anytime i have problems with an order they always take care of it.
