Would you believe it out performs it's big brother! and easier to check resistance than a Provari! (5 clicks instead of 13) Holding both + and - buttons down does two things, locks/unlocks voltage setting, and checks battery voltage. Uses 14500 batteries.

Seems to be a pretty good switch regulator with none of the voltage drop off of the V1 L-Riders.
Does not read on an external V meter, so Phil will have to get out his little scope to put it through it's paces.

I'm looking forward to his review on this. It's a nice size and looks very nice too.
