ECF Bingo Contest


Rules and Regulations:


Players are to purchase the Bingo cards (Vapers Hub) at US$0.50 each. There is no limit to the number of cards the player can purchase. This is to prevent an individual from playing with too many cards.


2 numbers will be announced daily, once between 8AM - 10AM and once between 8PM - 10PM (GMT +8).



The winner is the player who FIRST posts his winning set number in the ECF contest thread in the form "BINGO! Set No: 888"

To win, 3 lines have to be formed. This Bingo game consists of 1-100 on a 5x5 Bingo Card. Each Bingo Card can only be downloaded once.



If the player has misplaced the Bingo Card or if the Bingo Card number does not match the number purchased, please contact Vapers Hub at vapershub@gmail.com .



Prize item will be awarded if the player's set is found to match the winning conditions. Cost of shipping is to be borne by the winner. Shipping will be to the address registered to the order of the winning set.



If there is any disputes, the decision of Vapers Hub will be final.

You can have 3 rows in any direction, horizontally, vertically or diagonally.

I have entered (and won!!) quite a few contests here on the ECF, and not ONCE have I ever been made to pay the shipping on any of the prizes!!!!

Most of the contests here are organized by suppliers in US where shipping cost is not a major concern if the winner is from US. However, my store being located in China, shipping costs has always been the killer. The shipping cost for the prize of Contest 1 is too much for me to cover. Perhaps for Contest 2, I will offer something else as the prize for which I am able to cover the shipping cost.
