It is noted on the website to please allow...." and the last sentence, him being rude or not, should have been left out and should have been "Sorry you are thinking of canceling your order. Please let us know if you decide to go that route."

I gotta agree. You stand up for yourself, yes. But you do so in a more polite manner. Customers are going to fly off the handle now and then. As the business owner, you cannot reply in kind. There's a difference between standing up for yourself and giving a big FU to, as he correctly identifies himself, a paying customer.

Your stuff is good and your service is too. Don't let customers force you down into the muck. You gotta be bigger than that.

I gave the 15ml bottle a 35% discount as opposed to 25%

There's a reason for that mistake though, remember when I mentioned I was planning something yesterday? Well, our second month was amazing thanks to you all, so I thought the jump from 50% to 25% was too steep (Don't ask me why ) so instead I updated all the prices to their 35% discounted values. So the new prices are:

15ml - $5.49
30ml (plastic) - $9.49
30ml (glass) - $9.99
60ml - $18.99

That was kind of the surprise, and again I'll push this sale for as long as we can.

JC... haven't seen Monica on here in awhile... what was the little gadget she was using to vape? It looked like it had the button on the end and not in the middle of the back.... I have a hard time using an mvp and generally it takes 2 hands for me because of the stiffness I have in my hands. That is why I have stuck with my smaller batts but I always have one on the charger and with the 900 evods, I am taking the charged one off just as the other one dies
