Had to come back a bit quicker this time.

Just had a guy that was next on my list to receive the results of his request decide he should receive special treatment. Clutters up my mail box with extra crap asking for it to be sent right away - his stuff just went to the bottom of the pile.
This guy had just got into his office and just has to have it right now - yeah right. The initial request got submitted almost 2 months ago and went thru at least a half dozen other places before it got it's final approval - he can wait another hour or so. Plus he's gonna get a special message.
