Bishy's Strawberry Cheesecake

Creamy and delicious.

I mixed this up about a week ago and let it sit, since I figured the cheesecake would need some time to steep. Oh, boy. This is absolutely divine. The strawberry and cheesecake are just about perfectly balanced. There's not much crust at all, so if you're interested in that, just down the cheesecake/strawberry and up the Graham Cracker. This is a definite keeper though. Try it.
