Just curious; I've got a whole swack of small-batch artisanal bitters hanging around the liquor cabinet. These are very strong infusions, but technically non-potable because of the alcohol %. They range from mints and herbals, spice blends, citrus and other fruits, chocolate and coffees, etc. They're great for cocktails and are loads of fun to play with in cooking and baking; they average around ~$20-30 for 150ml.

In theory, wouldn't these be a great choice to use as flavouring in eliquid? They're food-grade, extremely potent, and are totally legal so you don't get hassled for buying them. One drop goes a long way and the booze would offer some throat hit, so you might even be able to lower the % you need in your recipes.

I'm really interested in figuring out a couple of affordable non-nic juices, and I'm thinking these just might do the trick! Has anyone experimented with using bitters in your eliquids?
