I've ordered from them before and the one time I spoke with someone over the phone, the staff was very pleasant. Recently it seems they are very delayed in shipping out orders, as one order took 3-4 days before it was shipped. Last Sunday I placed an order for friends who are just brand new to vaping and this is the model they chose (the Eden kit) because they liked mine. I emailed them yesterday to ask if the order had been shipped yet and have not received a response. I have not received an email indicating it was shipped, either. This is very disappointing and embarrassing. My friends are eagerly awaiting their purchase and I can't tell them anything. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
Edited to add: oops! I may have made an error, as the homepage of the site says Black Cherry starter kits are backordered through 3/15 and the company is offering a generous discount to compensate. However, we ordered the Eden Kit and I am waiting to hear if that is the same thing as they offer different types of e-cigs (fat bats like Eden and regular sized 808s).
