Come to Canada, we have soft laws on that matter. :p All there is here is a recommendation from Health Canada not to use e-cigs because there's not enough research, but it's nowhere close to a ban anywhere in the country.

Why not just allow e-cigs and ban tobacco? Tax dollars of course. Unless they find a way to tax nicotine juice, they won't approve the use..

Didn't they already pass a ban in 'Jersey? Isn't NHalers in "Jersey? If I'm not wrong on both or either of those assumptions they're not investing much energy in enforcing their ban.

found it interesting to watch the "debate"
centered around 11 year olds buying e-cigs
think of the children!
ow, the money
your taxes at work
note the caveat
"till the FDA approves it"
when the money is there
again, your tax dollars at work
working for them
and can that guy get any more lobbied?
only if you lobby him in a lobby with a shovel
sheesh

the ban is to stop sales in those state.. not use of them... so supplies will still be available..

this would effect dealers selling them... legal way around this and stay in business is to set the company up in a state that did not do the ban.. and use current location as a shipping warehouse.. then all sales tax will go to the state that sales are legal in.. once enough companies do this the others will see that they are loosing a lot because since the company is set up in the other state they get the money not the one you are set up in
