I am using my black AL85 with my chrome Nautilus 2 tank. I originally bought the tank in chrome to go with the Target Mini. My question is if you think that the 2 match together. Obviously it's personal preference but I want to hear from others if this goes together and if they also put chrome tanks on black mods or even vice-versa. Thank you. Here is the setup -

Yes. Steel or chrome and black is a good match. Steel or chrome and almost any color are pretty good.
Heck no, now you need to buy a chrome mod and a black tank.

But if it was really getting to me I'd probably sand and Polish the mod, there is a video on YouTube of an alien being polished to a shine. Can't remember who did it

once i bought a used black crown tank that had strawberry strudel [?] in it .that was an ok flavor but not for me , washed that really well and put my prefered in it,gawdddddd that was nasty.never got that strudel out of it.so it went away.

Yeah, if it's not a really well done finish with black, you can get all sorts of flaking/breakdown/stuff off the black chamber and chimney. I do have some tanks which are black in the outside, but all the interior parts are SS. Get the look without the headache.
