Runing a kicked mech mod a corolla telescope with a squid rba are the black marks from a short ? Please help !

Most likely a short but, for me, it doesn't matter. ANY thing different in the battery means throwing it away. A tear in the outer skin, charring, 'dent', etc. means it's not worth the risk of continuing to use it.
