Blank Cart Question

When I recieved my Smoking Everywhere Gold Kit The Cartridge that was on it was Completely empty & Hollow.

This is why I ask my question.... When I order "Blank Cartridges" to be used with liquid, they do have SOMETHING inside of them ???

I am assuming that Blank Carts have some kind of material that absorbs liquid ?

I can't imagine them being like the one that was on my ecig at first because there nothing at all in it... I am guessing that a Blank Cartridge is identical to a regular cartridge minus the juice ?

SOrry to be such a NOOB but if a Blank Cartridge is considered what was on my ecig to begin with, then I am misunderstanding how the liquids go in.

No, your blank carts should have filler. Most e-cigs are sent with an empty cart just for shipping purposes.

All kits ship with a hollow cart on the atty. That one would only be used it you were going to drip. You should have been given a separate package of pre-filled carts to use then refill.
