I hope you get lots of good suggestions, I'm interested too.
I do notice that using a PT and also batteries have you vaping at possibly 3.5 volts or less after a while, and 5.1 volts on the PT. That may be a huge difference (1.6 volts) in what the cartos go through.
This is one thing about the current 808cartos that I go through, sometimes within the 5pack, they perform differently. Suggestions may follow, there are tons of them, for the most part, I'm tired of adjusting and troubleshooting just to vape it a while
I wonder what a suggestion of labeling cartos for PTs and others for ecigs would be like. I've mentioned it before, I just forgot if it's a good idea or not.

It's the heaviness of the juice. Has nothing to do with the cartos. The darker the juice color the heavier the vape; the lighter the juice color, the less it gets hot and/or sticky.
iow, you can refill a menthol more x than a WowBoy or CMF without rinsing and still get an easy pull cause there's less heavy flavor in the clearer juices.
Does that make sense?
I tried it and that seems to be where the difference is.
I usually like most flavs better on my PT but can't sit at my computer allllll day.

That's interesting, I didn't think about that. Vanilla is the darkest one I have, and oddly enough, it sure has been the one I've been working on the most to get it to vape real good, even on different types of cartos. Interesting.
i also have trouble with the darker juices..they seem to clog the carts more often than the clear or lighter liquids... i thought maybe this was just me doing something wrong.... evidently the darker liquids do this to the cartos. hmmm i feel better that someone else has notice this too.
