Ok, here's my problem. I find that following strict percentages doesn't work at all for me. I've found mixing something like clove, for instace, with one tobacco can be great, and at the same percentages using a different tobacco can come out awful. On top of that, even 'hinted' flavors like coconut, vanilla, or caramel (to name a few) may taste great at 2% for one person and at 5% for another.

So in the spirit of keeping it simple, can we devote this thread to THIS FLAVOR + THAT FLAVOR = Good (or bad lol).. and just forget about the percentages? I'm more interested in what flavors do and don't go together :) and want to experiment with the actual ratios!

So far, only my clove and mint/menthol mixes have gone really well with tobacco flavors.. I'm looking for some magical combinations, for instance, what goes well with american red flavoring? What goes well with 555? Right now I'm doing a lot of single flavors getting the percentages of concentrate for each flavor right (for me) to have a good baseline when I start again trying to combine flavors.

So let's hear what you got!

First off, if you look at the top of the page it says recipes and only recipes. You request should be put on the DIY page. Secondly, the vast majority of experienced DIY'ers prefer recipes with percentages and to a lesser degree mls. It's easier to run that kind of info on the EJMU calculator.

Both American Red and 555 are good all by themselves.
