I picked up a Smoktech Sid in black plus 2 18650 30amp eFest batteries from MBV plus a big bottle of 50/50 peach and 50/50 Hawk Sauce with free shipping. I used the 10% off code and got the lot for $69. I picked up an efest Luc led charger from epipemods for $24 with free shipping. Went to HHV and got a 15ml bottle of Shadow and 15ml bottle of Legend. I'm steeping some Midnight apple, Tribeca and Voodoo from Halo right now! Im super excited.
I researched the forum here and watched hours of youtube vids trying to figure out what the 1st step into the world of mods was going to be for me. I've been vaping on the triton system from Halo for a while now and have been very happy with it. I'd say Halo's triton system is the best overall quality vaping in the small eGo style batteries and tanks but I've been hungry for even more. I'm a full time student and don't have a ton of $ to gamble on a real expensive mod and tank system so I thought I'd start out cheap and for the $ it appears the Sid is the way to go. It's got a nice screen, it's light weight, it's accurate, has a nice button and the top connection with work and fit nicely with just about anything you want to put on it. I read that some people had have had issues with thiers acting weird and the threads are screechy but I expect as from a product that is as cheap and mass produced and mass consumed as the Sid is. Nothing is perfect and error free 100% of the time.
I also have an iclear30, iclear16, Evod, protank2 and 2 incoming Vision 2.5ml mini novas to experiment with my Sid.
