Officers hv btr things to do than to stop us frm vaping. There are bigger things that worry them.. E $5k fine, they believe, works well enough, to curb such activities. Yes, importation, distribution and sales is illegal but nvr has it been mentioned abt use.

If you go out on e streets and see someone vaping, it won't be any lao jiaos / vets / semi-vets on ECF that you're looking at. They play by e rules, you see.
