To make an extra long story short - Bloog came through, big time.
I haven't been on this forum in awhile, but last time I was here -
there were tons of complaints about CS, but all that seems to be fixed now?
I mean, these guys helped me out QUICKLY and beyond professionally,
even though the problem was mainly my fault.
I had an RMA setup MONTHS ago where I was supposed to send
back some funky items I had. My company sent me on an emergency
business trip overseas (server work) and I had NO time to package
anything up or ship it (again, entirely my fault for procrastinating).
During this time, I had figured that my money would go to a waste
and I'd just need to take a loss (on some batteries and cartos) - but when I came
back, I decided to send back everything anyway (again, months later).
Soon after shipping everything out, I had realized I forgot to include
the paper with receipt/order #/EVERYTHING - there was nothing in the box
except the items, yet when they got the package - they went out of their
way to find out who I was and e-mailed me back within hours of delivery confirmation.
They had asked what the hell I was doing since there was nothing in the box but a bunch of parts,
completely understandable - so I just told them about the old e-mail chain and everything
(I've been honest the entire time) - and surprisingly, they gave me the benefit of
the doubt and are STILL honoring the replacements!
I am BEYOND happy - Bloog CS came through and made everything right -
it sucks too because I had ordered other e-cigs due to my funky Bloog products
(I was upset with Bloog, though it was no big deal, I literally must have
gotten a bad batch of blank cartos which they were willing to replace from the start)
and I feel like I betrayed them. I WILL NEVER BETRAY YOU AGAIN BLOOG! Lol.
You have a loyal, proud customer for life - and I'll be putting all of my
friends onto your product.
An especially HUGE thanks to redemptION (Jeff) and Jason (not sure what his forum name is). Jeff was the last one to deal with me and was extremely professional about everything, he even got the replacement processed same day.
