Bloog MaxxFusion PCC not fully charging battery

Hi All,

Yesterday I got my Bloog kit in the mail from HappyVaper.com (Thx Jack!). I've noticed that the PCC doesn't fully charge my batteries. I popped in a batt that was at 2 bars, pressed the button for 3 sec and saw the animation indicating that it was charging then after a few seconds it goes away. The LED stays on but after an hour i'm still at 2 bars. Does the PCC only charge dead (or almost dead batts?). I'm trying not to completely discharge the battery every time since thats not good for Li-Ion Batts, i just cycle them out frequently.

Advice ?

Talk to Jack about it, if it's defective he'll swap it out. It will charge batteries no matter how much is left in them.

Sometimes it's kinda iffy on it tho, just make sure that the battery light is still on after the bloog kit light goes off and the battery light should stay on until it's fully charged.

Thx, I emailed him today. We'll see whats up. Definitely looks like a contact issue. The LED on the battery is strobing on and off, if i can get it to stay solid it starts strobing again when i put the PCC down.
