What really ...... me off when I was noob was Googling for the best ecig. You'll find lists and "reviews" of all the "top" brands like V2Cigs and Blu and GreenSmoke... but what you won't know from this search is that THEY ARE ALL THE SAME! Haha...

These fake reviews are a big racket. I'm assume that the big companies spend more on marketing than innovating. Everything looks flashy, and they have live operators, and yadda yadda yadda. But the actual product is still just a rebranded kr808. None of those websites I went to even mentioned Egos, or Rivas, or mods, or the fact that you can get an 808 for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. It's a bunch of BS.

I cancelled my V2Cigs order when I came here :p

I had the misfortune of buying my 1st kit from V2 as well. I didnt find these forums until the order was already processed, and didnt end up getting my kit until at least a month later down the road. SUPER slow shipping. SUPER over priced.

Worst purchase ever.

Blu is past tense for blow and this company blows! There are hundreds of companys, maybe 1000's with similar prefab'd cartos & batteries with huge quality control issues. It's only marketing and accessability that keeps them afloat. OK to try in order to introduce you to e-cigs but thats it. They lie with comparison because it's a selling feature. Blu is one of the better companies & bigger in the US. There is so much of this type of product out there that they've gone under & liquidated their inventories into our dollar stores. What does that tell you? I'd avoid these companies at all costs.

My 1st ordered ecig was the Blu, but it didn't get here until after my eGo and 1st Reo Grand. I didn't even open it until a month after I got it. It wasn't bad, if I am being honest. The battery life wasn't the greatest, but it did work well. I sold it to a friend, and ended up regretting that :) Won a Volt, and didn't feel bad anymore.

Seeing the Smoke NV at my local corner store is what got me started on researching E-Cigs. I talked about it a bit with the guy who owned the store, and he sold me the kit for $50 flat, when he was selling them for $70-80, which I thought at the time was a pretty good deal....BOY was I wrong lol. I still use the one battery though, since they are 808D-1 batteries.

I don't think it would be that bad if the price was better. Sure its 0 nic but the one thing they have for them is "somewhat" decent flavours*

*This is based on the opinions of others not my own

Their juices are done by Johnson Creek, so it's higher end stuff at least.

Doesn't change the fact that Blu still sucks...

Ya i was suckered into a greensmoke kit what garbage but i do have to say I loved there red label and absolute tobacco flavors best e juice i ever vaped.I still have a few prefilled cartos and once in a while and will take a drag off of it just for the taste.Wish I could find a vendor that had something similar to those juices.Think I read Johnson Creek supplied GS juice but not sure.
