blu pack doesnt charge battery

I have a blu pack that recently stopped charging the battery for the cigs It use to work and all of the sudden stopped. Anyone have any ideas on how to get this to work again or what could be causing the problem?

How long have you been using it? The batteries die.

Take advantage of the one-year warranty and send it back, It will take about 2 weeks but they are very good about replacing warranty parts. Check the website for the process.
