Has this worst customer service ever. Particularly someone named Jayden who I've had to deal with on two occasions. I can't imagine why a company thinks they can get away with sending me the WRONG order and then making me pay for the return shipping! Now they've lost my package?! I wanted to keep my blu as a back up cigarette but forget it! I am FUMING MAD. :grr::grr:
