I know this is probably a thread already, but the search bar was not working. It seems like I go through the blu carts in a little over one hour. There is still plenty of liquid left, however. Is there anything I can do to make these carts last a bit longer. I plan on ordering a Joye 510 in a week or two, so I need these carts to last longer than one week, as I'm broke at the moment, damn bank.:(
Any suggestions? Thanks.

the 510 atomizers will fit on the Blu battery pack, so you have the option of reusing everything you currently have and just buying 510 atomizers/cartomizers. Would save you money over buying a whole new kit.

5 packs of cartomizers for the 510 are under 10 bucks.

as far as making carts last longer, not a whole lot you can do. They can only hold so much juice.

I would look in the mod section, under cart mods-inserting a coffee stir straw into the cart allows airflow and create a "venturi" effect helping draw liquid into the atomizer wicking bridge.

Another option is to get a syringe and squeeze the juice in cart filler material into a dropper bottle. Edit:jjrose beat me to it...

Of course the best way is to buy some liquid, but i guess that comes later. You might want to look in the regional forums to see if anyone in your area might be able to help you with juice. Most of the people on the forums are really great, and probably would be willing to help.

Without the need to buy additional stuff, to make your stock prefilled carts last longer (actually use more of the juice in it)...

get a paperclip.
bend one end out.
push the cup out by pushing the paperclip through the small hole on the mouth end
use the paperclip and just jam the filler material down into the liquid
it's now soaked
now use the paperclip to gently pull the filler back up to the top of the cup.
when you put it back on, the atty will push the filler back to where it should be.

Also, store the cig upside down (battery down)
This helps the juice flow to the atomizer.

Check out the PTB mod, been using that over a month now, works great.

Thanks for these replies. I have another question about the 510 from Joye. Would this be a better choice opposed to the Blu I have. I am still new to vaping. I love it when the Blu actually produces good vapor, but when it starts to slow down after about 5-8 hits I tend to crave an analog. Would the 510 be good for a beginner, or is there a better choice out there? Thanks.

For more vapor you can try a 306 atty and carts. I also read that they make a low resistance 306 atty as well.

Yes, absolutley. I started with a blu, then about a week and a half later because of poor performance and the small capacity of the blu cartridge I switched to a 510. My main PV is a Bartleby, though. I wish I could find someone that sells the regular tobacco juice blu has in their cartridges though, I really like it's taste.

Try Volcanoecigs.com

I'm not sure if their Juice is exactly the same as Blu, but the Volcano is the same product as Blu, just rebranded.
So the juice might be the same...

I know blu uses Johnson creek now, but yeah no idea what volcano offers.

That's right, forgot about that....
And now that you mention it, I'm pretty sure the recipe they used for Blu was exclusive to Blu, so you won't find it at JC's website...
But, on the other hand, that recipe is probably "pretty close" to their stock tobacco flavors.

if you're tired of dealing with cartridges, you could use 510 cartomizers, picked up mine from cigtechs.com. They're on sale right now; $8.50 or so for 5

hold 20-30 drops, and are easy to fill, as the tip is a soft plug that is very easy to remove with a paperclip.

much easier than dealing with a seperate atty/cart

Cartos are much easier but they look and feel funny on a blu.

Already talked to JC about it maybe a month ago. They said they're making it exclusivley for Blu and it's not for sale to the general public.
