Blue LED: Limited Time or Here to Stay?

Does anyone know if the blue LED option is a limited time only kind of thing or if it is a permanent option?

I think for now it's still a limited edition offering. I believe it's due to the availability of the blue LED components more than anything else. Would be hard to offer it as a permanent thing if they can't always get a constant supply of them.

With that said, something tells me that if they run out of this batch, there will be another release in the future. I swear I read a posting that was later removed, that there was something in the works for another shipment in April.
