I have this charger.

I bought some RCR123A's from amazon and removed that little bottom clip because the cr2's were a little shorter. It will not give my Tenergy's a full charge. Are these two just not compatible? I've ordered another kit of 4 Tenergy's and a charger ( one of my first 4 arrived dead :/ ) but would like to use these I have for the next week instead of smoking Marlboro's. I'm missing something here, just looking for a little info.

Some RCR123A's are internally 3.7v li-ion batteries with a diode to drop the voltage to 3v. The Tenergy blue battery is this type, but not the Tenergy yellow LiFePO4 batteries, which operate at 3.2v (3.6v peak). The Tenergy blue won't charge properly on a 3v charger, I believe it would use the same type of charger as a 3.7v battery.

Tenergy sells two RCR123A chargers. Make sure you use the right one for the batteries you have - http://www.tenergybattery.com/index...art&page=shop.browse&category_id=18&Itemid=27
