Ordered two packs of coils for the Horizon Tech Arctic tank.

Seller only shipped a single pack.

I contacted the vendor on 03/25/2015 with the following message:
"Only received one pack of coils. Ordered and paid for two. Please ship out the other pack when possible. Thank you!"

After almost a week I received the following response from the vendor:
"Package was delivered."

I responded to the vendor, clarifying that I had received the package, but it did not contain all the items that I paid for.
I have not heard from the vendor since the end of March 2015.

Contacted my card company to get a charge back issued.​
