What counts is the people 'outside' of vaping but 'inside' of the health boards that will see it before it is moved from the front page.

I was just going to post that. There is a way to sidestep that, but why waste it. The numbers are extremely one sided and there just aren't enough people in tobacco control to close the gap.
The "no" vote is losing a bit of ground, folks. Would be great if some more vapers would add their vote...
Either someone from the DoBS is going 'click-happy' and clearing cookies, or a memo has gone round-can you imagine what a memo like that might look like ? , "Dear and loyal servant, for most happy employ please see............" .
