What I do to avoid long filling times:

1.) Drop a couple of drops in the top, it obviously won't soak in immediately, it's Boba's we're talking about here.
2.) Use the carto-condom fill method
3.) The kicker, use a needle to start poking straight down through the filler material in various areas, careful not to poke through the middle air tube.

This will allow the juice to soak a great deal quicker. It's the only way I fill 'em.

Yeah, that would help, yes. The only time I've had to fill BB in a boge was while I was in Europe and had swapped my Provari for my friend's eGos (for travel safety reasons). It was excruciatingly slow sitting in that hotel room trying to fill it....ugh.

At home I'll just use Smoktech DC/SC which fill super fast with the condom method even with BB.

I have been using Boba's exclusively in a genesis atty, a Z Atty Pro. There is seriously nothing like it. I have tried boge cartos, ikv fusions, io6 atomizers, and other devices. The closest thing to what I get out of the Z Atty is the io6. Only problem is, you can't chain vape. As the atty heats up, the flavor starts to disappear. In the Z Atty, nothing but flavor from the first hit to the last. And I've gotten a richness and subtleties that I didn't know the juice had.

And Ben... if you haven't tried this stuff in a genesis atty, you really need to!

No Doubt a Genesis atty brings Boba's to a whole new level of great. It's amazing on my Atom Bomb, and I just ordered an AC9 because it's so amazing and wanted something a bit better to handle thicker juices. The best part of the Atom Bomb is the performance for a $55 Genesis. If you have the duckets and willingness/ability to handle one, pick up a Genesis style Atomizer, you won't be sorry.

I have the Ac9, Love it, but..... for best flavor use the white drip tip, not the SS Ming and cover the top cap airhole with tape, then with a paperclip, punch a hole in the tape. This is a 100% improvment on the flavor. The AC9 aleady vaped and wicked Boba's like a champ, now you can have that superb flavor too. The AC9 is very airly and the airier the vape the less flavor on Boba's i find.

Oh thanks i'm gonna try it now, i have some juice from MOV right now but my first juice was BB and it was a little muted or more like "airy".

And yes, the SS Ming is beautiful but kinda sucks. The white drip tip is so much better flavorwise.

EDIT: oh yeah! That's the stuff!!!

It may be in my head, but the juice seems to be just a lil bit thinner when its flavor bumped too.....??? I'm sure Porphy can chime in on this. None the less, its great.

Your head is fine (at least, in this context ) ... the flavor-bumped Boba's IS thinner. I spoke with one of the ladies there @ AVE when I was inquiring about an extra-extra bump (I get Boba's in 24mg and then dilute it with pure VG to my personal vape strength of 12mg), and she explained that they use so much flavoring in Boba's that to give it a flavor bump they actually have to leave out some VG in the process ... less VG = thinner juice.

I once said, in regards to AVE's hours, that there was no way I'd drag myself out of bed at 8am to order. I'd just wait until they were caught up. Well, guess what I just did this morning. Yeah. I'm a junkie. My little 30ml bottle was getting so low. I panicked.

I'm doing pretty well with the Mini Vivi Nova. I did fluff and trim the wicks, though. Essentially, I untwist them so there are more small strands, then I take about 1cm off each side. Seems to wick better.

Quick question about steeping: How long do folks here think I should let it sit before vaping? I bought my last bottle from a reseller back when AVE was closed. I'm guessing it had sit some time while in stock. It was good from the start.

Once I bumped into Ave's glorious juices @ COV, i had to order 3 - 100ml bottles of Boba's, 1 - 100ml of Hype and some other juices from Bees Knees to Havana Gold.

The Vivi Nova HATES BB, it's a disaster! That's why I'm using it exclusively on the IKV 801 Fusion Cartos because even the Boge's can't handle the truth! besides in the Fusion you can do some serious chain vaping and as you Bobaholics know, chain vaping Boba's is the way to go.

Now to my point, has anybody used Boba's in a Genesis style atomizer? I'm getting one but only if it can handle Boba's.

Boba's does work in a Vivi for me. A 3mm wick doubled works great as well. Loosen the wick up before wrapping the coil to allow the juice to wick better.

I found the cha' ching in the Boba's universe imho. Two words "GP Spheroid". This RBA rocks boba's, and not only does the flavor come in boatloads but it conserves juice unlike a genesis. The flavor is just a notch below a genesis but at the same time cleaner and more efficient. I do find the flavor better here than on other RBA's I have tried and much better than a ViVi Nova with stock coils. The price is high, 85 euros, so I would never say its a must buy. I'm a firm believer that big money is not needed for an enjoyable vape, but this really does perform and can probably be re-sold since they are hard to get.

The build quality is there and its super easy to use. I use a double 3mm silica wick and 32 or 34awg kanthal. I find the gauge just the opposite of a genesis, the thinner the wire the cleaner the flavor it seems on this. If in the market and have the means, pick one up, you won't be sorry. Since I got this 10 days ago I have yet to use a different atty or a juice other than Boba's. Man o man its good.

I just can't get over this thing. It uses poly filler (never gets heated) to hold the juice and wicks transfer the juice downward to the coil. Gravity does the work, no tilting ever, and it NEVER leaks or floods or gives a remotely dry hit (unless out of juice). I just top off morning noon and night, or whenever, takes 10 seconds and yumm. Gravity!! Boba's, no problem at all wicking on this. A 3mm double wick gives 4 3mm wicking points running down to the coil.

The GP Spheroid gets a BBA seal of approval in my book. Don't be scared off by the poly fill, its a genius design.

Anyway gnite all... BOBA'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

added: It's only available from greece @ vapourart.com in limited batches

I've been puffing in this stuff for three days now, trying to find the right words to describe it. The best thing I've come up with so far is "lush".

Bobs's is a magical delight as far as I'm concerned. It's hard to vape other juices because it's so much the best out there. There are other great juices don't get me wrong, but Boba's is on tier all its own. Now that I own a GP Spheroid, I feel I found the perfect combo, the vape is so outstnading and easy, it's hard to go elsewhere. Boba's flavor is delicate and also very hard to wick properly, even my Penelope don't do it 100% justice like the Spheroid does. I ordered a clear body and a new ceramic for the Penelope (which will only be used for Boba's moving forward), so I'm hoping the flavor is a tad less metallic and the new ceramic provides clean flavor. I got my Penelope 2nd hand on a swap, and the current ceramic makes boba's taste like his juice a bit.

Glad to have you in BBA :) Welcome

Awesome thread! I'm rocking some BB @18 in a LR HH357 901 on a Gus Tele in 18490 mode. I'm always reminded of MarOrMlb from E Liquid Emporium whenever I crack open a fresh bottle of BB straight from the mailbox. Cheers! I mean, sweet vapes!
