Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Having received quite a few e-liquids "before their time", only to find them much improved weeks later; I began reading the ECF posts on steeping. It seems that two main processes are at work in peoples steeping methods: blending of ingredients over time, and aeration (oxidation?). People tend to alternate shaking and leaving juice open for a time.

Not being a patient man - and not being quite ready to buy an ultrasonic cleaner - I wondered how I might speed up this process; and get my MBV East Coast Tobacco to a vapable state ASAP. First hypothesis: bubble mixing/aeration.

So... I've got a blunt needle syringe handy. It occurs to me that if I blow air deep into my juice bottle, it will not only mix the solution, but also introduce new air. I repeatedly blew air bubbles down into the juice for about 5 minutes. The juice turned noticably darker in those five minutes. OK, so now I drip a bit. I believe the perfume taste is less, and I'm beginning to taste the slightly spicy tobacco taste that I assumed when I ordered the juice.

It's subtle; but this is my first attempt. I'll try again later this evening.

Has anyone else heard of something along these lines; or tried it themselves? Is it plausible; or am I imagining things?

Just MHO but I think you would change the flavor that the vendor was going for. Aerating a juice force mixes the solution. The flavor molecules release ketones and other particles that reduce the flavor. Only time and to a lesser degree heat will steep a juice properly. But hey, if it's working for you, go for it.
