Boge eGo cartomizers vs. mega dual coil cartomizers

I constantly read on ECF about how great Boge cartomizers are. I've never used them, but have been religiously using mega dual coil cartomizers and loving them. I'm wondering what the pros of the Boge are vs. the mega dual coil cartomizers. Both are relatively cheap, and the mega obviously holds much more fluid, but I'd love to know why everyone seems to prefer the Boge cartos so much. Thanks for your help.

The main difference I notice after switching from Smoktech dual-coil XL cartomizers is a smoother hit, better wicking and the Boges have not leaked once whereas the Smoktech tend to puddle up on the battery a little. I have been using the Boges for almost a month and they are just now starting wear out. They seem to be really well made.

They are cheap and reliable mostly and essentially mini single coil versions of the eMDCC's.

In a nut shell. lol. I am sure someone will leave a more detailed response, but I do believe I summed it up...

OK, thanks! I might have to try them just out of curiosity! My mega dual coil never leaks and it hits very well. Also I've been using one for a month and it's still working like it's new. For $2.79, you can't beat it. I can't imagine anything working better, but I guess I'll have to try the Boges anyway to find out!

I have some dual-coil resurrectors coming, hopefully they will work well. A lot of people like them, and 15 cartos for about $20 is hard to beat.

Iv tried them all and boge is by far the best imo . Hits better , pulls easier ,wicks better , great quality control (never had a bad one out of 50+) and also Great quality control ,yup i had to say it again . Works great at all voltages . Holds 35 drops of juice which is perfect imo .Great vapor They are super cheap . I paid 58cents a piece . Best flavor . No leaking . Accurate resistance .Iknow a carto is working good when they snap,crackle,pop and boge do it best . What else ,absolutly no burning filler . I honestly would have quit vaping if there was no such thing as a boge carto . Smoktech emdcc's are good as well but not nearly the amount of flavor and a little harder to draw + they leak when filling . The DC's are hard to draw and dont have as much flavor and very inaccurate resistance .

One to hate on boge right here. I hate boge cartomisers because the wadding is so much denser inside. It makes it a royal pain to get it to drink up vg. If you have thick liquids, prepare yourself to be patient as you watch the liquid sit ontop of the filler for a while. Syringes help but it's still annoying.

Boge vs dcc, boge probably will be a better warmth compared to the dcc on an ego if you get a 2.5ohm or lower, say 2.0 or something. That's about all I can say good about it over a dcc.

I'm a CE2 fanboy c: they're better than boge and dcc for a few good reasons but they're not popular. Main drawback is having to take some seals out but I do that with cartos too

liberty flights comes out to very cheap with their 20% off . You get a free dip tip at ccv though . Greenhouseone i think has the cheapest for a vendor but you have to wait a couple weeks to get it .They do make up for it by giving free 10ml bottles though .Their RY4 (toasted caramel with a hint of cotton candy) is one of the best juices ever made too and dirt cheap (60ml for like 15bucks) . Once you try the boges im sure youll be hooked just like i am . When filling use the condom method pushing the battery side into the condom very slowly with the white mouth piece removed on top so you can see in there . Look for pbusardos vid on youtube . I dont even get a drop wasted and never even have to blow out the airtube . 30 drops of juice in the big condom then 5 drops on top after to wet the filler on the mouthpiece side . I think the few people who dont like boges dont fill them right or something .

Maybe you got a bad boge somehow . What your saying i dont get at all . I use mostly VG juices and feel the boges wick VG better than any other carto . The filler is much less dense than DC's on all the ones iv used . Even Bobas bounty seeps right into the filler and never pools on top like i get with the sT Dc's . WHen topping up i do a little thermometer shake though . I honestly think you got some bad ones though as the things you dont like is the opposite on all the boges iv used . Where did you get them ?

I found it helps to use a drip tip for liquid, the condensation does build between the seals and it can suck if the liquid tastes awful. With a drip tip in you never get any liquid in your mouth.

Cartos die too fast for me to use with vg. If I get a straight week of moderate use out of one I count myself lucky. I get months out of one CE2 and get five at once so I'm not complaining. Anything is better than an egoT for vg I'm sure we'd all agree haha

you really must have got bad boges . I get about 10 days out of a boge with vg juice before it starts getting tough to draw. Iv gotton 14 days once . I usually toss them earlier than i need to though since i have hundreds of boges and only pay 58cents a piece . Iv tried every type of seal mod.fluffing the wick etc on the ce2's and fluxomizers with no luck at all . I ended up just throwing them away after not being able to get them to work . I may have got bad ones but the quality control is not great either . I had a few different ones that i got in trades and some marked 2.6 ohm were almost 3.2 ohm on the multimeter . I always use drip tips on every carto . I also tried one of those sapphires and that thing popped after my second pull and iv even let it sit to wick right and everything . Just had no luck with them at all .

Btw i remember liberty flights getting a bad batch of boges a while ago . You may have got some and yes the reason they were a bad batch was they weren't saturating the filler which is exactly what you mentioned . There was a thread about it . I know liberty flights has them etched with their name on them . I wonder if that had something to do with it somehow.

The resurrectors aren't dual coil. They are 1.7ohm single coil made by smoktech. As a die hard DC fan though, the resurrectors are pretty awesome.
