Boge Revolution V2 Switch

Hello everyone.

Has anyone tried to change out the switch on their Revolution V2? Had a good look at it and the switch is a four post switch soldered to a circuit board. Easy enough to remove it but has anyone replaced the stock switch with something else?

I've been having some trouble with mine. Seems that I have to press it on one side or the other to get it to fire well. Doesn't work reliably when I just press it straight in anymore.

I was looking at using the Tactile Switch with Round actuator, 300g as a replacement. Any ideas?

If madvapes is shipping to Canada again, they do have replacement switch assemblies. They have a simple one with a spring contact, and also one that requires you to solder. Might be worth a look.

Not sure which switch your referring to? I've got a link in my original post to a switch from madvapes. And BTW yes they are shipping to us Canadians again! Yahoo!

Are you sure you're talking about the Boge Revolution V2?

Horn Style Switch Not sure if this is the right one or not, but looks identical

Yeah, those horn style are two posts only and the tactiles are four posts. I'm no electrician and was hoping that someone knew why the Rev V2 uses a four post button. If I can use any other button that would be great but I just don't know enough about the electronics. But I can solder
