I recently did a liquid review of three tobaccos from Bombay. I wasn't a fan though the service at Bombay was great. I'm about the change my view. The service at Bombay is spectacular. Without any communication, I just opened up a package addressed from Bombay. I was confused, knowing I received my other package a little over a week ago. It had a letter of apology for the flavors and that they were sending me three different flavors because I didn't like the last ones. WOW!! This is beyond top notch service. I highly recommend this company. I know they are new but they deserve the respect and admiration with all the other top companies. I highly recommend
