Only been vaping a week and I'm taking a vape break today because the whole inside of my mouth feels mildly burned and also feel like I have a very mild case of bronchitis. Looked up PG allergy and reaction to cinnamon since that's what I'm vaping nearly 100% of the time. I'm not thinking PG allergy, but it does turn out a lot of people can't vape cinnamon because it can be very irritating to the skin. I was almost shrugging it off because I thought the mouth burn was from getting eliquid in my mouth a few times and I always got bronchitis with smoking. I'm easily susceptible to it.

I hate giving up cinnamon! Someone think I might be wrong? But a search sure will turn up quite a few others with this problem. Some people think cinnamon shouldn't even be sold.

:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

There is a thread around here on vinegar. I actually can't stand vinegar (the smell or taste), but I live my cinnamon. Anyway add a little vinegar (you will not taste or smell it) and it will get rid of your problem.
How do I know this? Because I have the same problem which is why I tried the vinegar and it worked!!!

Thank you much!!! :D I still will think about it a bit longer before if I decide to use it again, because I will have to go through a case of bronchitis to find out if every experiment works and I don't want to do that.

I'm guessing this might work because cinnamon is alkaline and vinegar changes the ph around? I'm doing a little searching on Cinnamaldehyde & ph see if I find anything.

First here is the link

I think for small amounts it's a drop per 3ml.

Once I found I could use it as my main juice, I started making it in ounce jars. For a 4 ounce jar, I'd fill the cap of a small vinegar bottle and dump it into the mix.

You can use white vinegar or apple cider vinegar.

o.m.g. It actually works. I added one drop to my clearomizer, swished it around and vaped a few times. By the 4th or 5th vape, it smoothed out and no more burning my tongue. happy. :)

FYI, I had both white and apple cider vinegar but I used white. I didn't want to chance the apple cider flavor since I am not really fond of it anyway.

Nope. Can't taste the vinegar. Last night at work, I had to refill my tank. I had just grabbed my cinnamon bottle and stuffed it in my bag. It had not been pre-treated with vinegar. It was a little harsh and I was starting to get a little bit of a sore throat last night. As soon as I got home, I fixed the whole bottle. :)
