Anyone hear of this vendor? I saw it on ebay... they claim there is no nicotine in their liquid because ebay prohibits the sale of nicotine. But I wonder if you can request it in private comments? I'm tempted to try some of it out but I don't believe I've ever heard any feedback about them.

this vendor seems super shady using copy right labels / names from Pepsi sodas is a great way to get ran out of business.
