Hey all,
I was very disappointment to find out that Borderlinx wouldn't send my recent shipment from Aliens Vision. On their classification for my package they entitled it 'alcohol' and even though I explained there was no alcoholic content in them they refused to send it on the grounds that my items are 'toxic and hazardous'. alien Visions assured me they classified my shipment as 'Gifts' so I don't know if Borderlinx inspected my package or what.
I don't understand why they are refusing shipment seeing as a) Direct supplied e-cigs pass customs in Australia if they are ever inspected by quarantine and b) I never have an issue with my e-cigs when travelling to and from Australia.
Before this shipment I didn't ever have any trouble with Borderlinx except for one time where they refused shipment but upon dealing with them in email and explaining the nature and content of e-cigs they released my goods and sent them.
I use Borderlinx to ship e-liquids from suppliers, such as alien Visions, who don't ship internationally so this is disheartening as some of my favourite vendors don't ship to Australia.
So I thought I would put out the alert for anyone who is using Borderlinx.
I also wanted to ask if anyone knows any other intermediary shipping company that does the same kind of service as Borderlinx and hasn't refused shipping e-cig products?
Regards
Anthony
