Both my Vapor Kings (USB and Auto) broke after 2 months

This isn't actually a complaint thread, I love V4Life and think the products are very good. I'm assuming I just vape too much. I did try cleaning them and that helped at first, but now they've stopped. The USB one seems to have stopped making a good connection - if I jam at the button and wiggle it, sometimes it works. So...the purpose of this thread is two-fold. First, I think the warranty is 30 days, so I need to buy more. Since I did like them, I'm considering just buying more from you guys. Before I do, though, any chance either are going to be coming out with a sealed battery area? I think that's what got me last time. Any coupons? Thanks and keep up the good work!

Hey Madglee,

The manual batteries are actually sealed, auto batteries need the hole for airflow to activate the switch. As for the two batteries that you are having trouble with, reach out to customer service and they might be able to help you out

def try to get ahold of customer service. even though they r past warranty im sure they will try to do somethin for you. they have the best cs i have ever dealt with.

i had issues with carts, they would work on my batts but not my passthru even tho my oder carts would, they made me an offer i wasnt even really expecting and made me very happy. they go to great lengths to keep their customers happy and so far all i can say is " way to go V4L, you guys are unbelievable "
