Bottle feed cartomizer attachment?

I have seen a few people have cartomizers that a bottle is attached to it. Where can I buy one and how well do they work? I want to buy a bottom feed mod but would like to try this out first before I spend 150 on a reo.

is this it The Dripper / Extra VVProV bottle - notcigs.com I had one when I brought my old buzz a few years ago and the tube kept on coming off.
They might have fixed that problem by now.

Most all the carto's I have can be bottom fed. I've got a Reo Grand and really like the Super Shorty 1.7 ohm carto on it. I had to get my from Reo mods because everyone else is out.
