Bottle size question

Apparently I have too many posts to post this in the new members section...

I have a question regarding bottle sizes. I'm looking to purchase something to store my bottles in and I want to make sure that it's as future proof as I can make it. Right now I have a bunch of 5mL sample bottles from different places, but really nothing bigger than that except for a couple 10mL bottles from one shop that didn't offer the 5mL size. How tall are 30 mL bottles? 50?

I realize I could get something and lay them on their side, but if I could get a container where they could stand upright then I would be able to fit more in the same amount of space.

Ok...but that doesn't tell me how tall they are, which is what I want.

The tallest bottle I have is 3 inches and I believe it's a 30 ml.

30 ml is:
Height: 2.731 in / 6.937 cm
Diameter: 1.232 in / 3.129 cm

I didn't know the bottle sizes were standard, I thought it differed from vendor to vendor, bottle to bottle.
Some tall and skinny ,others shorter and fatter, Some with eye dripper cap making it taller and some without

Some are made of glass.. and different size.

Measuring a couple of bottles at hand -

30ml glass with eydropper top = 4 inches
50ml glass with eyedropper top 4 5/8 inches
30ml plastic with dripper top and child resistant cap = 3 1/2 inches
60 ml plastic dripper top = 4 inches

Well, yeah...that's true.

There's also going to be some discrepancy in bottle size depending on if they use regular dripper caps, needle dripper caps (like these, or dropper caps.

But I can come close, at least close to the bottles I know I'll keep in stock (my wife has found one she really likes...I have yet to find my nirvana, so to speak).

I just know that the cigar box I'm using currently is woefully undersized for anything bigger than a 5 mL bottle, and I'm not even sure about a 30 mL on its side in there. Went looking for a bigger cigar box but didn't find one I liked at the shop I went to the other day. I may go to another one tomorrow, depending on when they open, after my doctors appointment.
