In 6 mg nicotine all I taste is pepper bought before I bought small bottles of same flavor in 3 mg 30 ml bottles and they were great I'm going crazy over here

Peppery taste is uaually the taste of the nicotine people use to mix. Maybe they changed the nic base they were using. Ive never run into that problem but maybe it will age "steep" out after a bit.
