Hello every one. I am new to vaping. I bought my first e-cig from 7-11 in southern California it was a little cheap one (XHALE 02). I just wanted to to see if it had the actual feel of a cigarette and to my surprise it did. After a week with my XHALE 02 I could not stand the fact that i had to keep charging the battery so often so I read a bunch of stuff on this forum and a lot of people where recommending the 510. So i went and bought this http://www.myfreedomsmokes.com/products/Joye-eGo-Starter-Kit-(Titanium).html

Now i have a few questions about my purchase and i wanted to see if any one could help me.

1) Does what I bought also go by the name of 510?

2) Can I use a drip tip on the model i bought?

3) If I can use a drip tip for the model I bought, what website would I buy it from?

Thank you guys in advance. You have a great forum here :)

Yeah what you've got there is an ego, and in many poeple's opinions on here you've made a very wise (even if accidental) choice. My ego battery lasts me all day and with a CE2 xl carto I'm good all day, still vaping the one carto I filled last night. Anyway, I don't want to get you confused with all sorts of new stuff, just enjoy your ego as the rest of us are.

The only reason i bought it was because it was a really good price ($50) I had a coupon code for 40% off at MyFreedomSmokes. I am very happy with my purchase i was just not sure if it was a 510 or not. Thank you for all the help guys. I see why this is the #1 forum on e-cig's.

Yes, it is an extended battery life 510. 510 refers to the size of the threads that you screw the atomizer on to. With your drip tip, keep 3 drops at a time in there. If you are not getting vapor, try blowing it into a napkin. If no juice comes out it is dry. If some juice comes out, it was probably flooded. keep blowing it out and put 3 more drips in.

Someone here referred to a cartomizer. All it is basically is an atomizer with a built in juice reservior, but they really are not meant to be used as many times as an atomizer. May folks are able to refill them 4-5 times or even more, depending on the juice you are using. They hold about 60 drips (the extra long cartomizers do) wheras a regular cart holds about 12 drops. I get my cartomizers from Awesome Vapor, but make sure to get a syringe with a needle for refilling them. They are definitely worth the hastle. (By the way carts are cartridges with the filler in them, and cartos are cartomizers which I just described)

You are really going to enjoy your purchase! You made a wise choice! I agree with Godzilla about the cartomizers. Even the regular 510 cartomizers outlast cartridges by a longshot and don't require a syringe to fill. The mega-cartos do require a syringe, but can last you all day so they are worth the effort.

Wow great information! Thank you I was wondering where "510" came from, now I know. And I also didn't know what you guys where talking about when you would say "carts" and "cartos". So thank you Godzilla. There is a lot of new lingo I have to learn -_-"
